Parenting Practitioners are fully trained however they are not qualified Social Workers, they act as a support network for the parents we work with, whilst providing feedback to the Social Worker so they can provide our customers with an accurate report with clear representation of the whole situation.

Our Parenting Practitioners also work with our Social Workers to provide our 24/7 in the Home Programme. They deliver 24-hour support to the parents, in their home environment. Our Parenting Practitioners then share their findings with the Independent Social Worker to ensure a comprehensive and fully representative assessment is provided.

Robert Waredale

Taking the leap to become an Independent Social Worker has given me a work/life balance that I know my children appreciate. I’ve done jobs where I’m out all day into each evening, worked late into the night and been ‘on call’. What I know for certain is, if my kids have something they need to be present for, I can be there. That is worth the world to me.
