Operational Process
Our operational processes have been designed to ensure that working with us is as simple and efficient as possible, and that the report is returned to you within your required timescales.
1. Enquiry received via email, telephone or website.
2. Full CVs of available social workers provided (including experience, service-specific capabilities, skill set, career history).
3. Full instruction and court bundle received from customer.
4. Independent social worker instructed.
5. Assessment undertaken and report returned to AdvancedCCA.
6. Report quality checked by an internal team of administrators and presented to the customer.
