Our re-branding

Advanced Logo

For those familiar with what we do here at Advanced CCA, then no further introduction is required. Suffice to say, and as you can see, we’ve undergone an exciting website rebranding. Why not click through a few pages to remind yourself of our core service provisions and see our beautiful new website.

For those readers who might never have heard of Advanced CCA, then this blog will endeavour to put you in the picture as to who we are, what’s new and how we intend to expand on our services and reach in 2021. But most importantly; what we can do for you.

I’m Mark Webb, and I founded Advanced CCA.

My company has been 25 years in the making, as it’s this long that I’ve been working in the social work investigation and assessment-providing sector. Compiling a compendium of career-making and defining skills and a wealth of lived and worked experiences. All of which underpin everything Advanced CCA stands for and offers those who reach out for our expertise.

However, it takes more than one individual to create a brilliant team and not simply any team, but the tight-knit, yet personable and approachable team I have built around me. All of which contributes to making Advanced CCA a widely-recognised, regarded and reputable leader in our specialised field.

So why a rebranding?

Primarily, the reason is twofold.

Our previous website didn’t necessarily reflect the talented pool of independent social workers who represent the beating heart of our dedicated team at Advanced CCA, the people who make a significant difference to people’s lives.

Secondly, we believed the site that went before didn’t fully highlight the new types of assessments that Advanced CCA are providing currently. We had a vision of better projecting the core values and range of services we offer via this platform.

The next chapter in Advanced CCA’s journey isn’t one we’re going to take alone.

We’ve recently become a part of the influential Handl Group. An acknowledged mover, shaker and serious investor in all elements of the legal sector. This new, innovative parent company has a knack for transforming its portfolio companies into market-leading organisations.

This latest evolution of our business prompted us to rethink and subsequently revamp our online presence to mirror this exciting new collaborative chapter in our continued timeline. Echoing our own philosophies and ethos, the Handl Group also strives for the very best possible outcome in every case, aligning entirely with our own long-held beliefs and aspirations.

Above and beyond this, Advanced CCA are now ideally placed to utilise Handl’s technology expertise; both from an employee and customer viewpoint.

While Advanced CCA will retain its autonomy in every aspect, to come on board with a company of the stature and scope of Handl will certainly put us in an even more advantageous position to push through with our own ambitious plans.

What else is new at Advanced CCA?

In terms of new areas and services which the team are channeling their energies into, perhaps one of the most rewarding roll-outs will be our ’24/7 In The Home’ risk and parenting assessment facility.

We’d describe this as an intense professional experience that Advanced CCA are offering. Although sharing certain similarities with more traditional residential assessment criteria, the ’24/7 In The Home’ initiative focuses solely on a team being allocated a specific case which they then immerse themselves in over a six-week period; providing a unique support package.

A team of social workers continually observes a family for this entire duration, so as to ultimately construct a far-reaching and personal assessment; based on first hand experiences witnessed.

There’s also our 15 minute ‘Get Back’ service and revealing of our dedicated referrals page

Another function we’re proud to outline is the 15-minute ‘get back’ service.

Split between two hour sessions in the morning and afternoon, this predetermined window of time every day is reserved for a dedicated respond back feature. One that enables us to pass on important information to our customers potentially rely on receiving, then and there. It’s great for when you need information urgently for a court hearing.

Another new feature we’re equally excited to talk about is a dedicated referrals page created for our new website. This allows you to contact us with the click of a button.

What our immediate future holds, and what Advanced CCA aims to achieve during 2021

We aim to achieve a great deal this year, not least in terms of solidifying our position as one of the UK’s most trusted providers of independent social work assessments. We achieve this in a number of ways as aforementioned, but one of our most imminent objectives is to invite even more qualified and experienced independent social workers and parenting practitioners to join our ever-expanding panel.

As it stands, Advanced CCA has in the region of 70 professionals who work hard to serve the needs of our customers across the UK. We are looking to increase this number significantly by the end of the year, and ensure more so that our service spans the breadth of the nation, with a particular focus on areas in the South of England and Wales.

Meanwhile, the team here at Advanced CCA will continue to provide the great friendly seamless service for our all our clients.
